 I've opened a ticket at fluidsynth's trac
 https://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/fluidsynth/ticket/106

 Unfortunately, SourceForge will close down all hosted apps for projects,
 including trac, sometime in Q4 2012. So who knows whether this gets
 resolved in time.
