 Many thanks for looking at this! It is a while since I have tried it
 again.[[BR]]
 I have just :-[[BR]]
 sudo port selfupdate[[BR]]
 sudo port install gimp2[[BR]]
 But now have a problem right at the start with "--disable-dependency-
 tracking"[[BR]]
 Sorry, I'm not fully up to speed with all the levels involved in this
 "port" thing, and I know this is not a boehmgc problem, but I would
 appreciate some help so I can complete the checking.  I guess it is like I
 have not set something up correctly.
