 Committed in r95778 with these changes:

  * made the modeline a single line long, as shown in the
 [http://guide.macports.org/#development.practices.portstyle Guide]
  * adjusted whitespace / formatting
  * removed revision line (0 is the default)
  * reused ${homepage} variable in master_sites
  * changed tinycdb to depends_build because it does not provide a shared
 library so I assume it's only needed at build time
  * ensured we're UsingTheRightCompiler
  * ensured we're using the right -arch flag(s)
  * added universal variant
  * [wiki:PortfileRecipes#doc installed documentation files]
  * fixed livecheck
