Comment:

 We typically want to update ports to the latest stable version. The mc
 homepage states that the latest stable version is 4.8.1.5 however I cannot
 locate a distfile for that version and the changelog page for that version
 is empty. I updated the port to 4.8.1.4 in r95814.
