 Build fails with the error

 Proj.xs:26:10: fatal error: 'projects.h' file not found
 #include "projects.h"

 Seems to be a similar issue that effected the '''grass''' package, among
 others, where ''projects.h'' was removed from the '''proj''' package and
 the dependent package wasn't updated to reflect that change.
