 "sudo port select php php53" can only provide symlinks for things that are
 installed by the php53 port. We could conceivable add a php-fpm_select
 port so that you could then "sudo port select php-fpm php53-fpm" but I
 don't see any particular value to doing so. Configure your web server to
 use the specific version(s) of php you want to make available.
