 It seems like the cocoa_common.m file contains a lot of code which uses
 AppKit functionality not available in OS X versions < 10.6.
 For instance, everything related to the "PresentationOptions", which is
 used to implement fullscreen support.

 I have never done any Cocoa and/or Objective-C programming before, so I
 don't know what (if anything) can be done to make this work in 10.5.
