 I think the py**-mayavi portfiles need to be updated to change their
 dependence on py**-traitsgui to py**-traitsui. py**-traitsgui fails to
 install with the following message (from appropriate main.log file):

 ":error:configure Please do not install this port since it has been
 replaced by py-traitsui"
