Comment:

 The tclIndex error messages are unrelated to the problem and should be
 ignored.

 This log contains lines that say "Skipping completed" so we cannot rely on
 its contents. Please "sudo port clean py27-keyring" and try again, then
 attach the new main.log file to this ticket if it fails again.
