New description:

 $ sudo port -v install grads
 --->  Computing dependencies for grads.
 --->  Fetching distfiles for grads
 --->  grads-2.0.1-src.tar.gz doesn't seem to exist in
 /opt/local/var/macports/distfiles/grads
 --->  Attempting to fetch grads-2.0.1-src.tar.gz from
 ...
 }}}

 when I manually check these locations the grads directory is indeed empty.
