 The jbos maven repo has moved, resulting in requests (e.g.
 http://repository.jboss.org/maven2/org/apache/apache/4/apache-4.pom)
 failing with a 403. See http://blog.yohanliyanage.com/2011/11/jboss-maven-
 repository/. The new repo is
 http://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/groups/public-jboss/.
