 Updated to 6.0.3 in r96046, maintainer timeout and port abandoned #35424.

 vince I added myself to quickly commit the (inevitable) next fixes to
 errors but I'm really not into GIS, are you interested in being maintainer
 instead?

 Thomas I didn't add you as maintainer as you wrote here that you gave up
 on macports, should you change your mind let us know, an active maintainer
 (hopefully someone who actually uses the software) is always welcome.
