 I have updated to XCode 4.4 as the other tickets suggested, but selfupdate
 is still failing because I don't have /usr/bin/cc.  I ran the XCode 4.4
 update in App Store and it said the update completed successfully but if I
 look in /Developer/Applications my XCode app version is 3.2.6.  I don't
 have a file called /Applications/Install XCode.  How do I update XCode?
