Comment:

 Please remember to use WikiFormatting, to put the affected port name in
 the Summary and Port fields, and to Cc the maintainer of that port.

 The fact that MacPorts jumped right to "Configuring xorg-libXext",
 skipping the earlier phases ("Fetching", "Extracting", "Patching") shows
 that this was not a clean build attempt. Please run:

 sudo port clean xorg-libXext
 }}}

 Then try again. If it fais again, please attach the main.log file
 mentioned in the error message.
