 FYI, I directly edited the "GNUmakefile" in ${workpath}/webkit-1.6.3 after
 the configure phase, adding '-licuuc' like this:
 {{{
 UNICODE_LIBS = -licucore -licuuc
 }}}
 Then building and installing as usual worked fine for me, though I don't
 think it's an appropriate solution.
