 As a follow-on to #32670, here's an updated version of the Mapnik 2
 portfile for version 2.0.1. Includes a patch to fix a python path error in
 the release drop.

 I've added a second PostGIS variant, +postgis2, to allow Mapnik to build
 with the old or new versions of PostGIS. This is working well with the
 updated Postgis2 port I posted to #33922.
