 Installing mkvtoolnix 5.6.0 on a fresh install of MacPorts 2.1.1 on OS X
 10.5.8 (with Developer Tools 3.1.4) will fail unless the ports curl and
 ruby are manually installed first. I guess this can be solved by adding
 them to mkvoolnix's requirements.
