 For me,

 {{{
 configure.cflags-append     -I${prefix}/include
 configure.cxxflags-append   -I${prefix}/include
 }}}

 must also be deleted from the Portfile, since these lines cause the
 {{{ansidecl.h}}} supplied by gdb to be hidden by the one in
 {{{/opt/local/include}}}, which is missing a definition of the
 {{{ENUM_BITFIELD}}} macro.
