 This patch updates magicpoint to 1.13a and removes most of the patches,
 for which equivalent changes now exist upstream; fixes the master_sites;
 fixes the livecheck; and makes a few other minor edits. This builds fine,
 as long as you [wiki:howto/InstallingOlderPort downgrade] giflib to 4.1.6;
 [ticket:34972 magicpoint is not yet compatible with giflib 4.2.0].
