Comment:

 It is not a bug that E_STRICT is not included in E_ALL; it is intentional
 and documented in the PHP documentation:
 http://php.net/manual/en/migrating5.errorrep.php

 If you still believe this should be changed, please file a bug report with
 the developers of PHP. If and when they change it and release a new
 version of PHP containing the change, MacPorts will update to the new
 version.
