New description:

 "Luabind is a library that helps you create bindings between C++ and Lua."

 A port for luabind was already proposed over two years ago ![1]. The
 attached Portfile is an updated version for luabind 0.9.1 ![2], with a
 cherry pick that deals with a clang compilation issue ![3].
