Comment:

 It's an error to add http://www.ivarch.com/programs/pv.shtml to
 master_sites because that's not a directory from which the distfile can be
 downloaded; that's merely the homepage. And actually the default for
 livecheck.url is homepage, so we can simplify this by just not specifying
 livecheck.url. Committed in r94713 (maintainer timeout).
