 The new gdal instalation seems to be broken. Gdalinfo crashes with the
 error:

 gdalinfo imt_image_COV61m_v3.tif
 Driver: GTiff/GeoTIFF
 Files: imt_image_COV61m_v3.tif
 Size is 4320, 8100
 Segmentation fault: 11

 It happens with every single geotiff file that is opened without any
 problems by other software.
