 The shell version doesn't work with `rpm2cpio - < dummy-1-1.noarch.rpm`
 (that the zeroinstall unpack* is using), only with `rpm2cpio
 dummy-1-1.noarch.rpm`. That is, the shell script requires the input to be
 an actual file (not a stream).
