Comment:

 Please remember to use WikiFormatting, set the port field and Cc the
 maintainer, if any.

 Duplicate of #33283 or possibly #33454. Make sure you didn't set
 `developer_dir` in `$prefix/etc/macports/macports.conf`, run `sudo port
 selfupdate`, `sudo port clean libvpx` and try again.
