 The glew portfile only install the glew library, but there are other
 excellent components in the glew distribution:
 - the glewinfo and visualinfo utilities, very useful to check for
 available extensions
 - the glewmx library (see glew homepage)

 the only necessary fix is to add
 destroot.target    install.all
 to the Portfile
