 Anyway, I've uninstalled Xcode (plus the commandline tools):

 $ xcode-select -print-path
 /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer

 $ xcodebuild -version
 Xcode 4.3.1
 Build version 4E1019
 }}}

 Unfortunately, this did not help, "port install pstree" still produces a
 "Malformed Mach-o file" :-\
