Comment:

 The fact that the archive is 404 is not the problem. (We don't have any
 archives for any ports for Lion yet.)

 The real problem the log shows is:

 /opt/local/bin/perl: bad interpreter: No such file or directory
 }}}

 autoconf declares a dependency on perl5, which provides
 /opt/local/bin/perl... Is perl5 installed? Does /opt/local/bin/perl exist?
 If so, and it's a symlink (which it usually is), what does it point to,
 and does that exist?
