 The file is:

 help2man-1.40.5_0.darwin_11.x86_64.tgz from
 http://packages.macports.org/help2man

 although the exact file is not listed in the port. It is the link built
 with it. In that location there are only darwin_10 files

 Furthermore the files are compressed as with bzip2 but the missing file
 suggest that is expected to find a gziped file
