 The log says:

 :info:build make[2]: *** No rule to make target
 `/opt/local/lib/libxslt.dylib', needed by `bin/meinproc4_simple'.  Stop.

 I wonder why /opt/local/lib/libxslt.dylib doesn't exist. It should, since
 as you showed above the libxslt port is active.

 The log also shows this was not a clean build attempt. So before we try to
 analyze any further, please "sudo port clean kdelibs4" and try again and
 attach the new complete main.log so we have the full picture.
