New description:

 Freshly selfupdated macports on Lion on a new Macbook Pro, a new install
 of criticalmass fails to start properly. The screen goes black then a
 bunch of errors are thrown to the terminal.

 It's some kind of OpenGL error. Here is stderr:

 {{{
 Sep  7 20:57:07 s01063c075411407f.vc.shawcable.net critter[64040]
 <Warning>: CGDisplayBaseAddress is obsolete and returning NULL for display
 0x4272dc0
 }}}

 stdout is attached separately.

Comment:

 Since we don't have a maintainer for criticalmass in MacPorts, you should
 work directly with the developer of criticalmass to resolve this problem.
