 At which step of the [comment:4 instructions] did you run into problems?

 It's possible the problem you're experiencing building python27 is unique
 to your system, but on the other hand it could affect other users, and if
 so, we'd love the opportunity to fix it before other users encounter it.
 But we can't know what went wrong until we see the log.
