 That file has the doc string ''"Holds test code that is dependent on
 certain python versions"''.  Source is

 Looking at the
 [http://code.google.com/p/pydicom/source/browse/source/dicom/test/warncheck.py?name=release-0.9.7#31
 calling file] in the directory, it's only ever used if the python version
 is > 2.5. (The ''with'' syntax was first introduced in 2.5.)

 I'm calling it good.
