Comment:

 This crops up every once in a while.

 The problem is the `go` port (see #30203 and #31689, for example). The
 `go` port installs a header it shouldn't in A Bad Place.

 The solution is to either uninstall `go`, deactivate it, or (possibly)
 upgrade the `go` port to the latest; I think the problem is fixed in the
 latest `go` port.
