Comment:

 I looked at the files you sent me and it looks like this is an issue with
 your .emacs.

 It works fine with the default setting for `org-latex-to-pdf-process`.
 Based on the error I got in the `*Org PDF LaTeX Output*` buffer, it sounds
 like the %f isn't being expanded in the command line, but I'm not familiar
 enough with it to know what the right way to do that is.
