 I just rebuilt libtool and apr, by running:

 {{{
 port -n upgrade --force libtool apr
 }}}

 And then I cleaned subversion-perlbindings using:

 {{{
 port clean subversion-perlbindings
 }}}

 Finally, I retried the upgrade:

 {{{
 port upgrade subversion-perlbindings
 }}}

 I still get the same error, however.
