 Thanks! Updated closure-linter to 2.3.5 and committed in r90945. Also
 cleared `python.link_binaries_suffix` so it will install as gjslint rather
 than gjslint-2.7.

 It looks like we had another concurrent submission for py-gflags and I
 apparently got to that one first. :-)
