 "macports-clang-3.0" is not a valid value for configure.compiler—not in
 MacPorts 2.0.4 anyway. (IIRC it's been added in trunk only.) So you would
 have to:
 {{{
 sudo port -v install ffmpeg configure.cc=clang-mp-3.0
 configure.cxx=clang++-mp-3.0
 }}}
