 The update to port xorg-libxcb pegs the CPU running the 'dot' command as
 part of a doxygen documentation build. I eventually had to kill it after
 several hours.

 It appears the issue is if the user has doxygen installed, the build finds
 this and uses it to generate docs. If I remove doxygen the build proceeds
 normally and completes in less than a minute.

 I would suggest building the docs should be optional, and disabled by
 default, even if the user has doxygen installed.
