Comment:

 The [http://build.macports.org/builders/buildports-snowleopard-
 x86_64/builds/5887/steps/compile/logs/stdio buildbot] fails when
 attempting to retrieve the JPL ephemeris files via FTP.  Is this a problem
 with this Port?
