3.2.5 version of X code and doesnt install

 I just installed Macports and now trying to install Wine. Since i have
 lion OS. it gives an error that i have Xcode 3.2.5 and that i need a
 version 4.1 or newer.

 But i had upgraded my xcode as well... and my xcode is showing that i have
 version 4.3.1

 please help me fix this and I am sorry if someone has already posted it. I
 really did search for it..
