 Can't we just release gnuplot 4.6.0 without Qt, and work on the Qt
 Terminal in a revision bump? IMHO, it is much more important to see 4.6.0
 in MacPorts at all initially before working on details.

 Could we open separate bugs for all the other issues mentioned in the bug
 report and just move on to release 4.6.0 for the masses?
