 (For clarity, I understand this to be the length of the length, that is
 the amount of data required to represent the number of bytest in the hello
 … so if the hello is longer than 255 bytes then this bug in the server
 will not be found … and the length of the hello may be reduced by limiting
 the ciphersuites chosen)
