 I've found an old ML thread from Nov 2010 titled "kdelibs4 + (again a)
 PHONON issue [was KDE4 issue]" which made clear that the issue with
 libkhtml is due to kdelibs4.

 I uninstalled all kdelibs4 stuff using
 {{{
 sudo port uninstall -follow-depenents kdelibs4
 }}}
 and reinstalled kmymoney4 and then ran the latter SUCCESSFULLY.
