 In my attempt to install Wine, I've typed:

 $ sudo port install wine
 }}}

 My result is:
 {{{
 Warning: xcodebuild exists but failed to execute
 Warning: No index(es) found! Have you synced your source indexes?
 Error: Port wine not found

 I have tried updating my sources using
 {{{
 $ sudo port -v selfupdate
 }}}
 and I receive
 {{{
 Warning: xcodebuild exists but failed to execute
 Warning: No index(es) found! Have you synced your source indexes?
 --->  Updating MacPorts base sources using rsync
 @ERROR: chdir failed

 I'm not sure where to go from here.  I've checked the FAQ and the Guide,
 and was unable to find a fix to my problem.  Perhaps I was looking at the
 wrong thing, but any help is greatly appreciated!
