 I encounter same problem.

 xx at xxx:/$ port provides /opt/local/include/opencore-amrnb/interf_dec.h
 /opt/local/include/opencore-amrnb/interf_dec.h is provided by: opencore-
 amr
 xx at xxx:/$ port provides /opt/local/include/opencore-amrwb/dec_if.h
 /opt/local/include/opencore-amrwb/dec_if.h is provided by: opencore-amr

 from the Makefile
 AMRNB_CFLAGS = -I/opt/local/include
 ..
 AMRWB_CFLAGS = -I/opt/local/include
 which is wrong.

 It should be /opt/local/include/opencore-amrnb and /opt/local/include
 /opencore-amrwb
