 A dependency on the libtool port was added to the php5 port in r39325
 because "otool -L" showed that it was linked with libltdl. But that no
 longer seems to be the case in the SAPI subports of the new php port. It
 was probably due to the mcrypt extension, which is now a separate subport
 which itself already has a libtool dependency (which has actually been
 called into question by [https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=54500 this
 upstream bug report]). So in the interest of removing unneeded
 dependencies the libtool dependency should be removed from the SAPI
 subports.
