 rpm activation fails on the buildbot with this error:

 `Error: Target org.macports.activate returned: Image error:
 /opt/local/lib/python2.5/site-packages/rpm/__init__.py already exists and
 does not belong to a registered port.  Unable to activate port rpm. Use
 'port -f activate rpm' to force the activation.`
