 Thanks for the workaround.

 Is there any reason, though, that strigi couldn't just support either
 ffmpeg port? For example, vxl does "depends_lib
 path:lib/libavcodec.dylib:ffmpeg". Other ports that support either include
 xmms2, gnupod, libquicktime, transcode, VLC, and a bunch of others.
