 Since bumping an old ticket (#32445) doesn't seem to gather any attention,
 let me try this again with a new ticket.

 Attached is the diff for the ncdc Portfile to upgrade from the current
 version in MacPorts (1.5) to the latest stable (1.10). Tested on Lion.
